Governance Information

Our Directors play a vital role in the governance and strategic oversight of our Trust. They are responsible for ensuring we deliver high standards of education across all our academies, upholding our vision and values, and ensuring we are financially sustainable.

Directors hold ultimate accountability for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including safeguarding, curriculum delivery, and financial management. By setting the overall direction, approving budgets, and scrutinising performance data, they support and challenge executive leaders to drive school improvement. Their work is crucial in ensuring that all pupils across the trust receive a high-quality education and that public funds are used effectively.
