The successful candidates will work across KS3/KS4, providing appropriate support for pupils of all abilities. The expectation would be to promote a culture of ongoing vigilance to protect and safeguard children across our school and the wider Trust.

You will have the important role of promoting the school positively amongst colleagues and within the local and extended community. You will provide accurate and current information (written and verbal), as well as appropriate advice and support to staff, pupils, parents and other contacts. Under the leadership of the Head of School, you will undertake administrative, HR, appropriate data management, financial and organisational processes within the School. You will also line manage one Administrative Assistant, including training, mentoring and developing this member of staff.
Experience of managing administrative work in a busy office environment within an educational setting is essential.
